Where we ship
General Ink Supplies ships to addresses within the United States only.

Order processing
We usually ship orders within 1–2 business days after they’re placed. This is a processing estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If an item is unavailable or an order needs more time, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery
Available shipping options, costs, and any estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates may change after a package is handed to the carrier.

Address changes and delivery concerns
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error before it ships, contact support@generalinksupplies.com as soon as possible so we can try to correct it. If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
