Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify, an item must be unused and unopened. Opened ink cartridges and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
